Dental Plan
In business since 1979, The Careington 500 Series Dental Plan has over 8 MILLION members across the
country and is one of the largest networks. Used by major corporations i.e. Humana.
The program costs $6.95 a month for individuals, $11.95/mo. for 2 members and $15.95 a
month for 3+ members.
Discounts range from 20% to 60% off normal fees charged by general
dentists. Members receive discounts on-the-spot and pay the balance directly to the dentist.
A discounted vision plan is included for free with each
membership and if one needs a discount prescription plan, you can add that program for only $1.00 a
month more.

CAREINGTON Dental
Plan works by negotiating a special discounted price between the dentist, doctor or
hospital and you - the member. Dentists & doctors, that are in our network have agreed to
discount their normal fees for members and YOU SAVE 15%-65% on all restorative and cosmetic work (fillings,
crowns, braces, etc.) and even more on preventative work (i.e. teeth cleaning, x-rays, etc.) performed by a general
dentist.

NOT A MEDICARE PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN.* This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under
M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services.
The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not make payments
directly to the providers of medical services. Plan members are obligated to pay for all health care services but
will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount medical plan
organization. You may access a list of participating health care providers at this website. Upon request the plan
will make available a written list of participating health care providers. You have the right to cancel within the
first 30 days after receipt of membership materials and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee
